  1. I copied the game to my Palm but nothing it doesn't play.

    Answer: Make sure you have MIDP from Sun installed on your Palm. It is the Java engine required to play the game. It is available free from Sun: http://java.sun.com/products/midp4palm/download.html. Only the MIDP.PRC is needed to run our games, no other applications need to be installed.

  2. How do I know if I have MIDP installed on my PALM?

    Answer: In your applications you should have an program called Java HQ. If you can not find this program, download it from Sun.

  3. Is my phone compatible with your games?

    Answer: There are so many phones out there with so many different configurations, we don't have time to test them all. Check with your manufacturer to see if they support J2ME, if so you should be able to run our games. Our trial versions are free, and if they run, the full version will as well.

  4. How do I install the game on to my phone?

    Answer: Depending on your setup, it is possible to navigate to the web address on your cell phone on our download page, this will automatically download the game to your phone. You may be charged for the download time depending on your cell phone plan. But once the game is installed the phone will not use more minutes to play it. Another way to get the game on to a Cell phone is if you have a Data Cable for your phone and you can transfer the files from your computer directly to your phone. We don't have any specific information on this however, check with your phone manufacturer.

  5. I paid for the game but it's still in trial mode.

    Answer: Chances are you didn't enter the provided Serial number given to you when you registered. This number will activate the game into 'Paid' mode. If you lost your number or are having problems with the provided number contact us using our Contact Form
